Northern Vertex Announces Signing Of Moss Mine Civil Works Contract. Mobilization Of Equipment Underway

December 15, 2016, Vancouver, B.C. - Northern Vertex Mining Corp. (TSX.V:NEE) (the Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with N.A. Degerstrom, Inc. (NAD) of Spokane, WA to complete the site civil works at its 100% owned Moss Mine Project. The contract scope includes all site earthworks and grading related to site roads, remediation of historic mine openings, laydown and storage areas, power station, the security/parking area and areas required for anticipated future crusher and ancillary installations.

NAD has initiated their mobilization and is expected to have all the equipment on site within the next 3 weeks. NAD will perform work under the supervision and direction of our EPCM Contractor, M3 Engineering and Technology of Tucson, AZ with oversight by the Company's construction project manager, Dr. David Stone, PE.

Golder Associates Inc. ("Golder") of Tucsan, Arizona are continuing on-site geotechnical, geophysical and hydrology field studies (including drilling, sampling, and pumping tests). Tests underway are continuing at an accelerated pace to provide data to enable optimization of plant design and operating parameters.
