Vancouver, B.C. - Northern Vertex Capital Inc. (TSX.V:NEE) ("Northern Vertex") is pleased to announce a second diamond drill rig has been mobilized in conjunction with its ongoing 25,000 feet infill and definition drilling program on its Moss Gold-Silver Project situated in the historic Oatman Mining district in Mohave County, Northwestern Arizona.

With the addition of the diamond drill rig, Northern Vertex now has a RC Drill Rig and Diamond Drill Rig conducting infill and definition drilling congruent with ongoing baseline and Scoping Studies at the Moss Gold-Silver Project. The objective of the current program is to utilize core drilling for metallurgical testing purposes and to confirm and bring into NI 43-101 compliance standards, results from 305 historic drill holes drilled across Moss's 5000 ft stockwork vein structure between 1982 and 2008.

Baseline and Scoping Studies Ongoing. In conjunction with its ongoing infill and definition drilling program, Northern Vertex further reports the Company has engaged the services of Schlumberger Water Services (SWS) to provide an initial scoping level work plan for environmental permitting, hydrogeology and engineering services as part of the permitting process required for open pit mining at the Moss property. In keeping with the Company's objective to fast-track development of the Moss Gold-Silver Project, included in the work plan, Schlumberger will provide Northern Vertex with a detailed summary of the permit acquisition process costs and schedule for future mine development and budgeting purposes.

The historic Oatman Mining District has produced over 2 million ounces of gold, mainly from high-grade underground operations. The Historic Moss Mine Property was the site of sporadic high-grade mining dating back to the late 18th century. Historic workings are evident throughout the property and the likelihood of finding additional mineralization is considered excellent.

The foregoing geological disclosure has been reviewed Dr. Bob Thompson, PhD P.Eng (a qualified person for the purpose of National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects).
